COVID Compliance

Our COVID Compliance Officers will ensure that your operations policies and safe practices are implemented on-set of Television and Film Productions. We will provide assistance by supporting the execution of your Studio’s COVID-19 Safety Protocol, and be a resource to help solve related issues in a preventative manner. Our concentrated areas of proficiency include but not limited to: Food Safety, CPR/First Aid, Training, Mass Production, and day to day Operations in the Film Production environment. While achieving results through influence, we also serve as an extra measure of health and safety protection to your staff, cast, and crew!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightEnsuring patrons maintain proper distancing and barriers between customers.
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightAssisting with COVID-19 safety planning on a variety of different production types, assisting in the planning phase and enforcement protocols.
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightProviding daily reports to production management regarding concerns, violations, and compliance.

  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightStaffing On-Site ServSafe Professionals (at least one on-site) Consistent monitoring of Service Requirements communicated to the Caterers, Food Trucks, and Craft Services.

  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightLeading COVID-19 health and safety planning on a variety of different production types, assisting in the planning phase and enforcement protocols
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightAdvise the production team on best practices on health and safety related to COVID-19
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightEvaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightEnsuring required health compliance training for all crew, talent, etc. is provided
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightOrder and distribute supplies (PPE, disinfectants, etc.)
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightEnforce policies and protocols on-set in conjunction with production management
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightProvide daily temperature and health screenings
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightManage staffing and supplies for cleaning and disinfecting (including disinfecting and cleaning vendors)
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightAssist in orchestrating and implementing COVID-19 Testing
  • qxif-chevron-circle-rightStaying current on new developments in health and safety to improve the quality and efficacy of production processes
